Chia pudding with banana and walnuts
I have a new recipe with chia seeds for you. This time I have created a chia pudding with using a soy milk and hint of almond which created a very special flavour that I didn’t need to use sugar at all. This chia pudding is again a nutritional bomb full of protein and antioxidants. It is perfect for your breakfast or as a snack after exercise.
Ingredients:
1 cup of chia seeds
banana
walnuts
soy milk
few drops of almond essence
a spoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
The preparation is same as in the previous recipe so I will just copy it.:-) Soak a cup of chia seeds in a soy milk , add cinnamon, almond essence, mix it up (or shake it, if you place them in a jar with lid) and leave it for a couple of hours in a fridge. The ration is usually 3 tablespoons of chia seeds per 1 cup of soy milk to create a chia gel.
Method:
Place the chia pudding in the bowl, check if you need to add more almond essence or cinnamon and then add banana and walnuts.
So easy and tasty!
Enjoy. 😉
