- 1 cup of chia seeds
- 1 banana
- hand of walnuts
- soy milk
- few drops of almond essence
- 1 spoon of cinnamon
Soak a cup of chia seeds in a soy milk , add cinnamon, almond essence, mix it up (or shake it, if you place them in a jar with lid).
Then leave it for a couple of hours in a fridge. The ratio is usually 3 tablespoons of chia seeds per 1 cup of soy milk to create a chia gel.
Place the chia pudding in the bowl. Check the taste, add more almond essence or cinnamon if needed. Place the banana and walnuts.
