Smoked trout with buckwheat and veggies

 

Super-healthy and quick – for 2 people


Ingredients:

200g buckwheat

Bunch of coriander

150-200g smoked trout

Black Sesame seeds

Half pack of Coleslaw salad

A couple of leaves of lettuce

2-3 spoons of plain yoghurt

Method:

At the very beginning cook buckwheat. It is super easy to prepare, just cook it for one minute and then leave it for 15-20 minutes. You can prepare the buckwheat earlier to save your time and then when you are hungry just mix up the other ingredients. When your buckwheat is ready, add coleslaw salad, lettuce, trout and put 2-3 spoons of plain yoghurt and just mix all together. At the end add coriander leaves and sprinkle sesame seeds on the top and that’s it!

Tip!  When cooking a buckwheat, don’t use too much water as you don’t need to remove the water afterwards. It will naturally soaks up after it is ready.

You can also add some lemon on a trout.
